Her Why: My passion for fitness began working out beside my mom with mini dumbbells at age 5. Being an active athlete throughout my life I have seen the importance of being physically active and maintaining a healthy body. My Master's Degree in Exercise and Sport Science helped turn my passion into a growing profession. 
 
My approach is to break down the confusion of fitness and nutrition and simplify it to make it sustainable for your lifestyle. With energy and compassion, I will lead you towards health.

Shannon Irwin

Shannon has been a supporter in my fitness journey, from teaching me how to fuel my body correctly and establish healthier habits, to coaching me through the process of trusting my own body after a major surgery, and helping me realize that you can still absolutely achieve your fitness goals as a mom in her late 30’s. 

 

Only 6 months in, I am in the best shape of my life but most importantly, I feel like myself again.
